Custom beef processing includes  steaks, roasts and burger to desired thickness, and our vacuum packaging in quantities that fit your family.  Our recommended hang time on all beef is  14 to 21 days.

 Need BACON?  Custom cut pork includes your preference for fresh or cured steaks, roasts and bacon as well as the thickness of your pork chops.  We also offer breakfast sausage, sausage links and Brats.

LAMB & GOATS

Yes, we process lamb and goat. Bring in your own lamb or goat and we will  ensure that you  get all the cuts your are looking for, including chops, legs and racks.

We can process Farm raised  Elk,  Buffalo & Yak.
